This promotion (“Promotion”) is available from today to 30 September 2021 11:59pm (HKT), both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
Within the Promotion Period, participant who requests for an appointment with Insurance Advisor of Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Company”) and complete the needs analysis during the appointment will be entitled to HK$100 designated supermarket voucher (“Gift”).
The Gift is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed as cash, product or service under any circumstances.
This Promotion is only available to participants aged 18 or above.
Each participant can only participate once in any promotions arranged by Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited and Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Hong Kong Branch) and is entitled to any gift once only.
Gift is available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
Company reserves the right to replace the Gift with other items at any time without prior notice.
Participants understand and accept that the Company is not the supplier of the Gift offered in this Promotion. The Company shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the Gift, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions provided by the suppliers, false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Gift provided by the relevant suppliers, their respective employees, officers and/or agents. The use of the Gift is subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated by the suppliers (if applicable). In case of any disputes, participants should deal with the Gift supplier directly.
The Company has the absolute right to interpret the terms and conditions and reserves the right to change or cancel this activity and its related arrangements. In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision without further notice.
